Working within your team, with clear ownership
I work in the existing codebase and fit into the way your team develops and releases changes. At the start, we discuss the environment, responsibilities, code review and what is needed to check changes. We also establish who sets priorities and who makes decisions.
During the work, I raise trade-offs and obstacles in time to discuss them. A product owner needs different information from a developer or end user. I explain technical decisions through their practical consequences: what are we solving now, which dependencies are involved and what should wait?

Laravel, Magento and integrations
My work focuses on backend development and connecting business processes. This may involve a Laravel application, Magento custom development and maintenance, or exchanging data with an ERP system. I review the existing architecture and preserve what is useful before proposing a replacement.

Knowledge stays with your team
A change is not complete simply because the code works. We agree on the explanation, documentation and handover needed to continue working with it. This can include the reasoning behind a decision, checking a data flow or following up on failed processing. Your team should be able to review and maintain the work.
The amount of documentation and discussion depends on the assignment. A small extension needs a different approach from taking over an unfamiliar platform. The aim remains the same: clear responsibilities and understandable next steps.
Senior support or a defined project?
For senior support, I join your team and its existing workload with an agreed contribution and working arrangements. If you would rather have a specific result delivered as a project, we establish scope, acceptance criteria and handover through Qualide. We discuss which form suits your needs.
