A senior Laravel developer alongside your team
You already have an application, a backlog and people working on it. You need additional development capacity or someone to investigate and implement a difficult part. I work within your existing codebase, discuss technical decisions with your team and help turn requests into manageable steps.
We start by reviewing the architecture, development environment and how changes are tested and released. We then agree on responsibilities, priorities and handover. Your team receives support that fits its existing workflow. The required commitment and starting date depend on your needs and are discussed before an engagement.
A Laravel project with Qualide
Do you need a customer portal, B2B ordering environment or an application for an internal process? We start with the users and the work they need to do. Which information do they need? Where do they enter the same data twice? Which exceptions should a person review?
We define the initial scope using example situations and acceptance criteria. Then we work in reviewable steps towards a first usable version. You assess the functionality along the way, allowing us to test decisions before expanding the scope. Administration, documentation and work after delivery are included in the discussion.
API integrations and existing applications
An integration needs clear ownership of data. We map information such as customer pricing, stock and orders, including what happens when a request fails or is sent twice. Laravel can provide the custom layer between your webshop, ERP and other systems.

What determines scope and cost?
The existing code, user roles, integrations, data quality and intended first release all affect the work involved. A defined extension needs a different approach from taking over an unfamiliar application. We first discuss what needs to change, which information is available and how the result will be checked. We then agree on scope and the required development commitment.
What should you bring to an initial conversation?
A short explanation of your application or idea is enough to get started. If possible, bring a normal user task and a difficult exception. For developer support, describe your team, backlog and the contribution you need. For a project, we discuss the workflow, connected systems and what the first version should deliver.
